We have restaurant and I think I burned my money for this, it was definitely not a right product for my type of business. Either, I should pay for it, or there is a crappy way to download the bank statement but loose all the interactive aspect of the program. It is weird. I don't know whom should I blame. Even though I am a computer geek myself the user interface of this program pisses me off. These two don't want to work together. wellsfargo or intuit. I used to have bank of the west account and I could download a statement like a charm.But when I switched to wellsfargo downloading a statement to my quickbook became a pain.

Even at that Intuit will charge you $25.00 to change registration to you. Well I was buying because I had 2006 and Intuit told me no more support for payroll service.

Intuit cry your heart out - I will keep version 2006 have you cancel the payroll service forever and figure it out myself. Well when I found that I had to pay $25.00 to keep my payroll service I said Intuit if you are going to nickel and dime me to death that guess what.

Good luck to intuit I wonder how much there net loss will be for trying to collect $25.00 In order to register it you need the name and orig tel # of who registered the product.

I called to registered and got some kind of Indian who I could barely understand.

Very good product. I upgraded from QuickBooks 2002. Smooth transition, easy to use, downloading bank information is much easier.
